Hello Friends, as many of you know last weekend was General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I always look forward to General Conference. I always feel refreshed, enlightened and encouraged by the end. Plus, it is the only time I can enjoy a bowl of popcorn during church, since we watch conference at home. I thought I would share a few of my favorite quotes from this past conference.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny how we liked so many of the same quotes. (Did you see my blog post?) You must take better notes - because you got all the wording exactly correct, where as I was just getting down as much as I could write while listening! Thanks for sharing. - Becky
ReplyDeleteI loved conference too. Well, I always do. Its always so inspiring. I was most touched by the story of Elder Cook being so discouraged and how Pres. Monson just happened to be in the elevator and told him to look up. I also really loved the story by Jose' Alonzo when his child was lost in the market place. It is so wonderful how the Lord is so aware of each and every one of us.
