The Meandering Thoughts of Jan

So taking a baby out with diaper bag and stroller in tow is a bit daunting, well for me at least. However, I have been determined to have some outings for the sanity of, well, me. I feel like our attempts have gone pretty well. Our first adventure was a picnic at Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon. I thought this would be a doable mountain experience, since there is a paved path up to the falls and it isn't too far. It was nice to be in the mountains. I have really missed them this past summer. Now that it is mid- September, it's about time I post these Instagram pics. July My attempt at being festive for the 4th of July. My little niece made this as a gift to baby boy, so sweet. We had a family baby shower and my nephew found the diaper bike most entertaining. Lunch with some of the greatest girls I've ever known. How blessed I was to have these ladies as my roommates back in the day. Danny putting together the changing table while I laid on the bed and cheered him on. I was going to help, but then I remembered I was pregnant and much too tired for such things. Welcome to the world baby boy! August Happy 1 week, little guy!
